What this site is
HarakaRank is an independent information site published by LLAO LLAO LTD. It is not a betting operator: it takes no bets, accepts no deposits and holds no player funds. It is not affiliated with Safaricom, and "M-Pesa" is used only to name the payment service a withdrawal is sent to.
Accuracy
A row marked Not measured yet carries no figure and makes no statement about that operator's payout speed. Figures marked Tested report what we measured on the date shown, on the accounts and connection described in the methodology. What an operator declares on its own pages is quoted with the date it was read, as that operator's claim and not as ours. Payout performance changes; a measurement is not a guarantee of what will happen to your own withdrawal.

Some outbound links are commercial and are marked sponsored. A commission never affects the ranking, which is ordered by measured payout delay alone.
