About
One question, checked rather than quoted
Haraka is Swahili for fast. HarakaRank compares licensed Kenyan betting operators on the single thing a punter finds out only after they have already signed up: how quickly the money comes back out to M-Pesa.
What we do
We open ordinary accounts, deposit our own money, place the smallest bets the site allows, and then withdraw — repeatedly, on different days — with a stopwatch running. What comes out of that is an average delay, a success rate and a fee. That is the whole site.
What we do not do
- No tips, no predictions, no match previews. This is not a football site.
- No operator-supplied figures. If we did not measure it, the row says so and carries no number.
- No operator that is not on the regulator's published register, whatever the commercial terms.
- No star ratings, no "trust scores", no ranking that a commercial deal can move.
- No user votes. Credibility here comes from a published method, not from a poll.
Who publishes it
HarakaRank is published by LLAO LLAO LTD, Tamarina 25, 90922 Tamarin, Mauritius. Editor: Bertrand Vercamer. Corrections and disputes: contact@harakarank.co.ke — if a figure here is wrong, send the evidence and it will be retested and dated again.

Regulation
Betting in Kenya is licensed and supervised by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya, which succeeded the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB). HarakaRank is not an operator and holds no licence: it takes no bets, accepts no deposits and holds no player funds. See responsible gambling.
